Do I need a separate nursing bra?

That’s totally up to you. We don’t include one, but your PumpEase can be worn both over a nursing bra or without anything underneath. If you feel like you need a little more oomph in the support department when you’re ready to pump, you may choose to wear a nursing bra with your PumpEase or purchase our convertible straps.

Why don’t you use a 1” zippered insert?

Lactation experts agree that your nipples don’t automatically move 1” apart when you gain or lose weight. In fact, your boobs can be totally different sizes and point in every direction, that’s why our flange openings are slots; you can position your pump where it works for your body. Plus it’s a terrible place for a zipper.

My body has changed a lot. How do I pick the right size?

We've been there! Things are changing at a rapid pace and it's normal not to recognize the boobs staring back at you in the mirror. Consult our size chart and measure when you are at least 36 weeks pregnant or a minimum of 2 weeks postpartum. PumpEase fits parents of all sizes - busts between 32 and 56 inches, sizes S/M/L/XL.
